  3. Take a close-up photo of the shipping label on the package.
  4. Take a clear photo of the packing slip included in your order.

The photos must be clear and readable. We will not be able to process any request without the packing slip.

Once you have gathered the photos, kindly send them along with your order number via email to our support team.

Processing Your Request

After we receive your email and verify the information, we will review the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has been shipped. All sales are considered final after dispatch.
